Author & Photographer Matthew Janzen spent two years traveling around the state, visiting breweries — as well as the farms, factories, and places that supply them — taking over 30,000 photos along the way. Janzen's presentation explores the trends he discovered during his journey, why he decided to publish a book about them, and even dives into production of the book itself — which was also 100 percent produced in Wisconsin.
